n-Link
is the prime contractor to USDA for implementation of their e-authentication
solution. WebCAAF, consisting of three Web Farms in three separate
cities, hosts all web-based applications for Rural Development,
the Farm Service Agency, and the Natural Resources Conservation
Service. End users of these applications include USDA employees,
farmers, and other Agricultural partners. A cornerstone to the WebCAAF
system is the Single-Sign-On Security solution that provides seamless
access to all data and applications hosted on the system. This solution
is capable of scaling to support 2.5 million users as the need arises.
n-Link
was also recently selected to assist USDA’s Farm Service Agency
in providing architectural support, Object Oriented Design/RTM expertise,
and Java S/W development for guidance of all contractor development
teams in Kansas City, MO.

Federal
Occupational Health
n-Link Corporation provides
database administration, programming support, operations systems
management and helpdesk software support for the Employee Assistance
Program Information System (EAPIS) field desktop application, electronic
communications and central reporting systems. This system provides
a critical line of business support for the Federal Occupational
Health (FOH) organization. Concurrent with this task is an ongoing
effort to modernize system design of the EAPIS desktop application
and central reporting system.
n-Link
also provides productivity enhancing technology services to the
FOH program Science and Engineering Activity (SEA) to include data
entry in proprietary and public domain application programs. This
effort also includes special projects such as National Institutes
of Health (NIH) data collection and tracking assignments and software
support for medical surveillance programs and Professional Health
Services programs. Additionally, n-Link provides continued development,
maintenance and operational support for FOH web-based applications,
including those related to Employee Assistance, Clinical and Environmental
Health Programs. Newly awarded programs include the Occupational
Health Work Order Web program that automates the appointment scheduling
process at Occupational Health Centers, and the Environmental Health
DCMA health monitoring system that is being upgraded to facilitate
all of DCMA and moved onto a Web environment.

n-Link
is providing e-tools developed in Java to ensure that ecological
biologists and soil scientists can perform proper data analysis
and investigative work in the field. n-Link also provides the data
migration as part of the Terra Database
Module and Geographic Information Systems. To integrate all modules
for NRIS and to support the overall NRIS mission, n-Link provides
Program management and Technical Integration Services.
